I bought one in May and it failed completely by September, conveniently outside the 90 day warranty period. It would not read discs that were known good. When I sought support, on two calls, I was told that I could pay a $95 processing fee for a new one (I was told that they don't even bother to attempt a repair). Neither service rep made any attempt to trouble shoot the issue. Their guidance amounted to "Shut it down. Count to 15 and fire it back up." I will move on and buy anything but a Polaroid.
