I have had all kinds of problems with it. First it smelled like burned electrical material. Then if warm would not scan, only make black smudges on paper. Then would bring itself up on screen and I could not get rid of it without shutting computer down. Now it will not reconize the internet. I have to reinstall it every week or programs will not reconise it.
