I bought this tv when it was $1599..i have had it for almost 3 years now...i have cable with hd and love it..i use pioneer surround so i havent ever used the tv speakers. you dont need blu-ray with this small of a tv and with 37 inch 720p is more than plenty. i had one small problem and that was that it would turn off all by itself..i used a can of canned-air to blow all the slats in the back off and it has yet to do it again...great tv...i'm kind of sad you can get one for 1000 dollars less than what i paid for it..one heck of a deal for yall tho

I looked for a couple of weeks before deciding on the Vizio. It's around $500 dollars less now than what i paid for it. The picture quality is outstanding. It is very sharp and bright. The sound I can't rate because I put up surround sound up. You will get your money's worth out of the picture quality. The whites are white and the colors are vivid. Personally I don't see a problem with the blacks like some reviews have said. Great TV for the $$$
