After using my Hitachi TV for 3 months it just die on me. NO Picture, No Sound.
It's been gone for almost a month and they are still trying to fix it. Hitachi shipped parts from California and they were not the right ones. Now the ones that the TV needs are out of stock which means I'd have to wait a least another week.
Poor level of customer service and worse investment ever.

I bought a Hitachi Plasma TV 42" at 6th ave. Electronics back on July 07. I used it for 3 months. After using it for 3 month the TV just die. NO picture and No sound. Hitachi uses EZ way Electronic to fix their Tvs. They've had mine for 3 weeks and the TV is still not working. They ordered parts try them on and still not fixed. I had people over to watch a baseball playoff game. It was very embarrassing see that my TV was dead after I had my friends over.
I will never buy anything from Hitachi again.
