Pros:
Microsoft OS, hideaway keyboard

Though the phone is sleek and stylish, there are so many issues. Being completely honest, the fact that you cant send phone to phone picture mail is ridiculous...especially considering the price of this phone. Though the phone comes internet ready, there are times that it freezes up and cant be corrected unless the phone is reset. With Technical support not only do you have a long wait time, but once they pick up you have to request a special dept. that handles this make and model of phone and wait even longer until they answer.

Word to the Wise: If you do decide to purchase this phone, insure that you purchase a mini SD card on the exact same day; or else your setting yourself up for disappointment.
