Pros:
Batch scanning and PDF conversion

Tremendously easy to set up, but my fvorite part is batch scanning, and then having them converted to email attachments, or saved to PC as a PDF file. I am in real estate and the contracts get moved around constantly for signatures and initials. Faxing has been a problem, as it gets reduced almost every time, and then you are at the mercy of the recipients machine for clarity. With the email attachment conversion - just a click of a button!!! - I can easily be sure the the transfer of information is clear and easy to read. Almost everyone has an email address so I don't have to wait for people tp pick up things from a neighbor, or turn their fax machine on. I can't believe how inexpensive of a machine this was for the functions that it provides! Very highly recommended!!!
