Pros:
Prints Great,Makes copies,scans to computer,card readers built in
Cons:
replace ink often,every now an then blank sheets

Think this is a great printer,and has alot to offer for a all in one printer.Haven't had a jam up yet,and rarely have blank sheets go through.The only thing I can't stand is how quick it seems to run out of ink.No guessing when its low or runs out.Its very easy to replace ,and know which one to change.I'm Keeping this one,but looking for a second one Xerox phaser-laser for the volume I use.
