Dell Support was horrible09/29/04

Pros:
a little bit less expensive
Cons:
you can't backorder any thing and get any support from Dell

It may be cheap but support was horrible. Dell keeps delaying the orders. It may took months to get something you want from Dell. You better buy HP, or Toshiba.
