I bought my tv 6 months ago. I am getting a bad picture about 90% of the time. It is a blotchy color malfunction of some sort. There is a one year warranty. Every time I call customer service I talk to 1 lady (maybe only one that works customer service). I have not gotten anywhere with her. She tries to walk me through a sequence of button pushing that never works. Now I am stuck with a thousand dollar tv that has a terrible picture.
