I purchased this computer in August and am already waiting for a 3rd replacement. The first one had a poor fit and finish that was unacceptable for a computer in this price range. The second one, which I received only a month and a half ago already has a dead mother board and won't even turn on. Though Dell's customer support is decent, they need to work on making a product that does not fail within a month and a half of ownership. I'd recommend that people wait for the second generation of this laptop, so that the manufacturer can work out the errors in their process
