After several days shopping around for 30" CTV, I finally made the plunge and bought this product.
I have so pleased about the purchase.
I have a cabinet in my living room, which has a shallow depth and this product is just a perfect match with the depth less than 17".
Its got a cool design, which has fooled my friends into believing I had a purchased a LCD TV.
Most important factor during the pruchase was the picture quality. HD signals are simply amazing. I am always craving for more HD broadcasts nowadays. Regular broadcasts look fine as well.
I have seen severl LCD TVs and none HD signals are just awful.
Summing up, I say this product is about all about great value. Its got standard built-in HD tuner, HDMI input, slim profile, great picture quality and slick design of a LCD TV, yet it costs half as much. I highly recommend this product.

Originally intent on buying a LCD TV, I found this product released by Samsung. Wow, this thing got an amazing look. Thought this was a LCD TV at first, but it is not. It is a CRT that has its length shortened that makes other conventional CRT TVs look so out of fashion.
I am impressed with the PQ, especially when viewing the HD signals. I like the fact that it comes with a built-in HD tuner and a long list of standard features.
It also displays good standard signals, which you cannot say of LCD TVs. I have connected my Xbox to it and I am quite happy with the set performance as I play video games a lot.
Most of all, this product is all about value. I have purchased this product for $900 and nothing beats this product at this price. I have looked at name brand LCD TVs and they cost twice as much and the PQ is not as good. This is my second Samsung tv and I have been pleased with their quality and realibility.
I highly recommend this product.
