slow response when turning channel

The power supply board started going about a week after warranty ran out. I didn't know it was the tv. I thought it was the cable box, battery, etc. It finally would never turn on. Just clicked constantly unless I unplugged it. Have gotten the run around from "ECD" at samsung. Apparently this is a big problem but they don't know about it. I'll direct them to the forums on line so maybe it'll jog their memory of complaints. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG
