Quality and Service are terrible

My HP laptop is down again, waiting for the HP mailing box so it can be returned again for repairs. Trying to get help from their overseas support staff is a painful and elongated process. Most of the staff that I have dealt with have significant problems communicating in English. Some of the staff have been rude, and few have been helpful. Asking to speak with a supervisor is a guaranteed 30-60 minute wait, and often includes being disconnected. When it went in for repairs last time, the guaranteed turnaround of 2-3 business days took three weeks. I will never buy HP again.
