AWFUL Service and bad product09/07/05

Good while it lasted but...

Cons:

now it's gone ; broken after less than 1 year

Set was great but the picture tube died on 8/6 340 days after purchase - heard the sound but the picture was gone. Took it in for service, part is on back order and was due in 9/6 but nothing yet. Have received no meaningful response from the company yet but in my opinion they should be covering the whole repair. In retrospect, should never have purchased with so little warranty. Poor product, poor service, poor owner who won't buy a Panasonic product again unless they dazzle me soon.
