Pros:
Awesome sound quality
Cons:
Your girlfriend will hate you

The first time I tried them on I was like woa, how come I had never realize there was this instrument in this song?. I immediatly percived the huge difference between these and my past earphones. The difference could be compared to mono and stereo, or to a NTSC TV signal compared with HD TV.
