Great features for the price...better service11/30/06

Remote...although I do not use the actual TV remote on any other TV's

This LCD has all the right features at a price that no other can match. I did have a problem with my TV though, at about 9 months after purchase. I had lost my receipt, but thankfully had registered the TV, and it's manufacture date still proved it was within the warranty period. For the proce, one would expect horrible service, but it was the exact opposite. Speedy responses via email, and a call from a local repair man within 3 days. TV was fixed, without the slightest hassle. Because of this, I have purchased 2 more Vizio TV's another 37" and a 42" to other rooms in the house rather than going with a "well known" brand.
