Thsi phone officially came out with Sprint in September, which is the one I have. They fixed most of the glitches. The only problem I found is that the battery life could be better or give and extra battery. Using the TV and internet drains the battery, they could've anticipated that, but I just have to charge it overnight and it's ok. The SPRINT HTC Diamond is not slow, the response is good, it takes great pictures, Internet is pretty quick. It's also easy to learn. i'm not very "tech savvy" but I played around with it and it' s not hard to use at all.

Most people here bought it before it was actually released, so if you plan on getting it with Sprint don't take their word for it. Sprint fixed most of the problems (except battery life). It's a little pricey though. Sprint had some kind of special plus I upgraded, so I didn't pay the $500 it's going for. But it's better than the Instinct.
