It's a great phone04/05/06

Pros:

start-up wizard guides you thru the initial set-up, 256MB of memory, FM radio, holds many mp3 songs, has both infrared & bluetooth, easily set-up onto the computer for transferrin data & so on back & forth, the sound is exceptional, the picture & video is great, the phone book is really cool cus you can save all kinds of info on your contacts, cool games, great reception both indoors & outdoors, feature on profile can be used by the speech or hearing impaired, tips & tricks feature, it can also be set-up to say the name of the person who's calling before ringing(as long as you have a voice command for that person)

Cons:

non-expandable memory, locked items that come with the phone, you can't lock individual items as with a motorola, no call barring feature so you can't block incoming private calls, if set-up to do the distinctive voice ring it will give the name of the caller but it will give you the standard sony ericsson ringtone afterwards

i love this phone, i go 2 bed & wake up listenin 2 the radio, whenever i leave home i'm listenin 2 my mp3s in the car, i have all kinds of locks on my phone, even the automatic lock, which prevents anything from being pressed accidentally. i deleted all the pictures & sounds & so on that i don't want & i put on stuff of my own. it's definitely a unisex phone. i got mine with an orange face, but you can change it to whtever colour you want cus it's very easily done. all the items on the phone can be customized to suit your individual style or you can visit http://www.sonyericsson.com & click on 'support' to download &/or update your software, OR you can of course do what i did, & use your own mp3 sounds & your own pictures for wallpaper & screensaver purposes.

by the way, i absolutely LOVE the light. it comes in very handy when i have no other means of lighting & it can also be used as a flash if you turn it on when taking pictures.

this phone is a prime axample of a multi-task phone...never a dull moment...
