Very unhappy with this printer04/19/06

Pros:

The price, but I guess you get what you pay for sometimes

HP must have rushed to make this product, it is poor quality.

I have purchase Hewlett Packard printers for the past 10 years with great success. This printer (now on my 4th since Jan 2006) is basically junk. The same problem with each printer, constant "Out of paper" prompt. I either have to pull out the paper tray and "fool" it into thinking I added paper or push the OK button for every single piece of paper that I want to print. So far, replacing the printer has only been a minor incovenience because the customer service is still very good. I'd like to be able to exchange it for another model or get my money back and purchase another brand because it is obvious that this model is "NEVER" going to meet my expectations and I doubt that it meets HP quality standards either.
I have already discouraged two friends from purchasing one and I imagine there are many other more vocal dissatisfied customers than I. Remember, every one dissatisfied customers tells 11 others. That eventually adds up and hurts business.
