Great HDTV - So-So Computer Monitor03/16/07

I bought this to replace a small 22" computer monitor. I also bought a DVI to HDMI cable to hook this up to my ATI AIW 1800XL and the picture was horrible at 1080i (1920x1080). I also tried 720p but the picture was too small to see. I then tried component hook-ups and the picture got better but the colors were bleeding and blurry. I went to the standard VGA hook-up and that produced the best picture at 1366x768. Other than this I am happy with the TV. Speakers are sub-par at best.

I am very happy with this purchase. I shopped around for 3 months and did not find a better TV for the money. The colors are crisp, hooking it up was a cinch, the remote was easy to use, the features are plentifull, and this makes one VERY cool computer monitor with it's standard d-sub monitor port on the rear of the TV. When I purchased this TV there were no reviews out and I took a chance. You should too.
