Pros:
1080p looks great, bright picture, very customizable
Cons:
Bad sound, everyday TV picture is not great

I just got mine last night, and I paid just over $1600 for it. I love the size and options, but the sound and regular cable TV watching does leave you wanting. However, this TV shines well with Blu Ray, and my PS3.

It is still the best picture compared with my friends other big screen TVs, and you get 57" for $200-$500 less than the competition. Be prepared to play with adjustments before you get the right picture. One day cable's signal will be better than 480i, and this TV will be able to properly showcase itself.

If you are looking for a TV for everyday viewing ... you may want to look at other models. If you are looking for an affordable TV for your 1080p devices ... this will work well.
