I was wondering after a week of trying to get this scanner to work and several hours on the phone to Epson, what in the world am I doing with this piece of junk taking up space on my work table. It was horrible. The programming that runs it must have been thought up by Jed Clampett (sorry Jed). Nothing worked properly, scan to Email, nope, scan to OCR, nada, scan to printer,uh-uh, scan to file sometimes. The list goes on, not to meention that it is the slowest piece of equipment I have ever seen. I\'m sending it back. After spending time that I payed for on the phone with Epson, the $25 shipping to get it here, and now, the $25 to send it back. I am not a happy camper. Now I need to buy another one (not Epson) because I am in college and I need one for copies so i don\'t have pay for copying. Thanks Epson for ruining my past recommendations of your products

This scanner isn\'t worth the money asked for it. It missed the mark by a mile. Always was short on letter size documents by missing the bottom part of the text. Would send to printer sometimes and sometimes not. Would not upload and send pictures and wouldn\'t use my preferred ISP for sending email. It was Yahoo or nothing. No matter how I tried to set it nothing helped fix these errors. I took it back and got my money and spent it on another brand.
