I love this phone. I like a smoother, rounder "look" to my phones and this one is kinda boxy, but I really love the features. I love having a radio, which the reception is excellent. The camera takes really great pics, and videos - I love "capturing the moments" with my 10 yr old and my dogs. I have programmed it to voice dial just about everything and even enter passcodes, account numbers, etc so all I have to do is say a word or two and I get my bank balance or messages - gotta love that. Graphics are good, don't really like the games that came with it but changed that with my handy dandy usb cable (I don't subscribe to the extra stuff cause I think all that should be included, so I got a $5 data cable off of eBay and I get things I want that way). I do love my texting though, which is easy with this phone. I subscribe to nTelos though, and the network sucks in my opinion, dropping calls all the time and stuff like that, although their customer service is good and I got roadside assistance (gas, key lockout service, short distance tow) for $5 a month - good investment. Verizon has the best network in my opinion but is just too expensive.
