This is my first Blackberry. I have had lots of others phones but this is by far the coolest phone I have ever had. I did have a few complaints when I first got it. My biggest problem was learning all the in's and out's of the phone. My service provider T-Mobile was there for me 100% of the way with all my questions and spent hours on the phone teaching me all the little tricks for the phone. The Black Berry is basically a simple portable computer that can be used to make phone calls. I wouldn't trade it for anything else and I think my next phone will be whatever Black Berry produces next.
