All in all, i've had about five Palms. You might have even read some of my other reviews but so far, this one is my undisputed favorite.
Fist of all, it's made out of aluminum, which makes it very sturdy. i've dropped mine a few times without so much as a scratch. One time, my friend got mad at me and hit me with my Geometry textbook. Those things have about 700 pages, and aren't exactly soft and fuzzy. He'd hit me right where my m515 was in my pocket, so i was pretty worried. It didn't have a scratch though, so I was either really lucky or my coat protected it.
I also like the screen. It's a lot brighter than my old Visor Prism, and even thought it's not high res, it's 16-bit color is really clear and easy to read.
To me, the SD/MMC card slot was essential because I keep about 42mb of stuff on my palm, and it would never fit on the palm RAM.
I really only had two problems. First, I had the same problem that lots of other people that have the 'assembled in china' palms are having - the screws in the back started coming out. I figured out an easy fixe for it, though. I borrowed a t5 size driver from my technician dad, and put heavy-duty automotive threadlock on all the screws. Problem solved!
The other problem is that when i try to read my scriptures or scan for new apps in Launcher X, it takes 1-3 minutes to sort through my 42mb of stuff and find whatever it's looking for.
Other than that, it's absolutely fantastic. It's even more reliable than my old palm IIIc, which was more reliable than a zire, etc.
I completely totally recommend getting one of these. Whether you want to look at pictures, play games, or get organized, i'm sure you'll love this palm. You might want to get one somewhere besides here, though. I got mine for $65 on ebay.

Note: this palm is still vulnerable to S.U.D.S - sudden USB death. If you zap the bottom of the palm with static, the USB chip inside will malfunction and you either need to do an anti auto - turnoff hack and let the battery run dead or take the battery out and put it back in to reset the chip. If you don't, you'll never hotsync again.
This problem was more common in the m505, however, and almost never happens in the m515. However, if you ever have this problem, look up S.U.D.S on the internet to find the little shortcut to the hack thing.
If you have an m515, you shouldn't need to worry. I've zapped mine from 2cm away and it still syncs fine.

Sharp Wizard OZ-290

I actually had a Wizard oz290h, but they're extremely similar and Yahoo doesn't have my product.
After months of papers and post it notes getting lost or washed, i decided i wanted something electronic. I thought about a palm, but i wasn't ready to shell out my entire wallet for one. I went to Radio Shack, and decided on this. I absolutely loved it!!
Mostly what I used it for was basically carrying my Outlook data around with me wherever I went. I wrote my homework down in it too.
They're great value for your money. For 30 bucks or whatever, you can stick this great organizing tool in your pocket and expect it to live for at least 6 months.
I had mine throughout the 6th grade and some of the 7h, and it survived multiple falls out of my gym locker, being stepped on, and even being thrown by my little brother. What finally killed it was being bent by my brother. It's screen shattered.
The only problem I had with it was the screen. All together, the screen could've been designed a bit better. It was kind of hard to read that thing, and the the little keyboard thing went 'soft' after about 6 months. By the end of its life, it had gotten really hard to input data into it.
Still, i reccommend this to anyone with a few bucks and the need to organize. Throw the dayrunner out the window - it's time for something new!
