My husband and I Bought a 50" plasma in Feb. and now it is June. A week and a half ago the plasma panel on the tv, with no warning,just quit. I called up Magnavox for support and was given a phone # to call for repair, this place did not service my area and I had to call Magnavox again. They then gave me % more #,s to call to see if one of those serviced these tv,s. i found someone who did and they came the next day and took my tv with them. Thae part needed was on back order and just got shipped ,that took 11 days and may take up took to 7 business days to arrive and another day to repair. I was offered nothing for my time without a tv.The people I spoke with at Magnavox were not helpful in making me feel better about purchasing a tv that only lasted 4 Months.
