Ease of Use, the real internet, great customer support

Quite possibly the best phone I ever owned. Which is saying alot since I've owned maybe 20 phones between now and 1997. The ease of use is unbelievable. I had an 80 year oldish woman stop me on the street and ask if my phone was "the new iCellular" that everyone was talkng about. I showed her the phone and within several minutes even she was able to navigate its screens and was in love with the large keypad. The phone is so smart that it actually predicts what you are going to type but not just the T9 but based on text I have previously typed. Making texting faster and easier. This little gadget is worth every penny it cost.
