we bought this pc for christmas and pretty much since day 1 its been a nightmare. the hard drive is messed up and does what it wants when nit wants. it locks us out of documents for no apparent reason. the cd writer broke the 1t time we tried to use it and has been replaced by dell and still has issues. its locked us out of mcafee security center and will not alloww updates. dell customer service has been horrible and we have spent as long as 5 hours trying to get through to a human being only to get cut off. we are still in the process of trying to get dell to work with us on this issue with little cooperation on dells part. i would not recommend this machine to anyone.
