Paper feeder, hp support!!!!!!!

Paper feeder problems all the time. Out of paper message when plenty of paper in tray. This is my second 3210 and still the same problem. (Store replaced one already) Tried Hp support and could not understand support operator at all. Still trying to contact one that speaks plain english.
