Great Value, Great TV

Broke down within the first month.

This might just be my TV, but it broke down within the first month. Half of the screen went black. Only shadow-ish picture are coming out of it. Call Toshiba for support. They made me jump through loops to fix my brand new TV. Call the tech support twice. They send me to some local authorized tech support, and they were even worse. They made me repeat all the information I gave to Toshiba, and in home tech support was more troublesome. Timing was to their convenience not yours. And they may show up late without any apologies. Toshiba needs an overhaul with their customer service.
