Pros:

Easy to install.

Failed in under two months.

In just under two months of use the screen developed a hairline (about pencil lead thickness) that runs vertical top to bottom. Those of use who have computers, can't really do without them for one month and that's exactly what Office Depot and ViewSonic are asking me to do. It will take one week in transit to mail it to ViewSonice then they want 15 days or repair or replace it, then about one more week to mail it back --- that's not customer service. I've been told that resistors fail in these LCD monitors and the lines appear but that's normally not until they've had a few years of use. Also, I found adjusting the resolution was difficult and I can't get it looking right. So if you purchase one of these from Office Depot they will not deal with your problems after 14 days (that tells me they have no trust in what they sell) and ViewSonic has no way of supporting your computer operation requirements during the one month it takes to get the unit repaired. I'm going to purchase a different brand monitor and sell this one once it is repaired or replaced. Neither of these companies cares about their customers.
