Pros:

easy to use, durable, easy to add memory card

Cons:

back cover doesn't close easily

I really like my Rio Chiba as it is easy to add music too, very portable, holds up to a fair amount of abuse, and is easy to add additional memory too. The included software for managing music is pretty good. Only one complaint- The back cover doesn't close very well, it takes a "trick" to get it closed just right. A minor pick is that the joystick to change songs, etc. takes a little getting used to versus more familiar flat controls of other popular players.
