Pros:

It has almost every thing that you could want and then some

Cons:

Lack of ring tones, slower than dial up for internet connection

This is an excellent phone. I know that everyone complaines about the cost but it is worth it if you need to email people and are not near your computer. Could have more ring tone options. Needs to be made in Black. And would be great to see it become iTunes friendly. Other than that I am glad that I made the purchase. Plus it's not as big as a blackberry which is great.
