The Ipod Classic 80 gigabytes was a purchase that followed owning a Zune. The Zune died after a year of use, so I decided to go with the Ipod.
The Ipod has fancy bells and whistles in comparison to the Zune. It has a moving screen that automatically starts when it is idle. The screen shows pictures that have been uploaded on the Ipod. It also has a sleek volume system and many settings that enhance the sound quality. The best part is that you can put movies and videos on it without worrying about gigabyte space being used up. Eighty gigs is a lot for a mp3 player. The cost is $250, but it is well worth it.
For those who buy one for the first time consider getting the hard plastic clear cover to put over it. This will keep it from getting scratches. It does scratch easily.
