Just wanted to inform anyone interested in on a few things i found that you might need/want if you decide to buy a PS3.

-First off, get an HDMI cable. I thought the a/v cable were good enough. The first game i played on my PS3 was NCAA football 00'. Looked horrible for a PS3 game. Went to wal-mart and bought an HDMI cable for 30bucks. Huge, huge difference. I really made that big of a difference. Be sure and get an HDMI cord that can go up to 1080p.
-Second, the system comes with a cord to charge the controller. Its only about 4ft. long though. They sale recharger cords that are longer at Best Buy. You can play wireless or leave the controller hooked up. If you buy an extra Sony brand controller, it doesnt come with a recharger cord.
Last- you dont need the remote control to play blu-ray movies. You can use the controller. I guess the remote is more of a luxury item. Never used it so i cant say its any better than the controller.
