I was wondering after a week of trying to get this scanner to work and several hours on the phone to Epson, what in the world am I doing with this piece of junk taking up space on my work table. It was horrible. The programming that runs it must have been thought up by Jed Clampett (sorry Jed). Nothing worked properly, scan to Email, nope, scan to OCR, nada, scan to printer,uh-uh, scan to file sometimes. The list goes on, not to meention that it is the slowest piece of equipment I have ever seen. I\'m sending it back. After spending time that I payed for on the phone with Epson, the $25 shipping to get it here, and now, the $25 to send it back. I am not a happy camper. Now I need to buy another one (not Epson) because I am in college and I need one for copies so i don\'t have pay for copying. Thanks Epson for ruining my past recommendations of your products
