This device has simplified my life tremendously. I affectionately refer to it as "my brain". I have MS and this device enables me to deal with my forgetfulness and memory deficits graciously. My occupational therapist at Kessler Institute (one of the leading rehabs in the country) told me that she wished she could teach some of her clients how to use the i700. I can program wav files to customize what I hear for tasks, ringtones, voice messages, etc. Anything from a snippet of my favorite song to a snippet of a funny movie. I can watch video, browse the web with internet explorer, take pictures, send pictures, play games, you name it. I've had this device for 2 yrs now and have loved every minute of it. I have broken it by mistake and Verizon replaced it overnight free of charge. You can't go wrong with this device.
