This is a great little camera.
I liked my first one so much I bought a second.
It's easy enough for my girlfriend's 8 year old, who has no problem taking pictures with it.
3.1 mega pixel resolution is plenty for day to day picture taking. Auto focus works very well. Good features including auto-flash on/off, flash on/off, redeye on/off, night setting (adjustable shutter times) plus adjustable resolutions. 5x zoom works great. Easily interfaces with Windows XP Pro, which I use. Connections on camera for computer, TV and DC IN (DC adaptor not included with mine). Sliding lense cap enables camera when opened and protects lens when closed.
LCD is small but easy to see.
It even takes video with sound (built in mic), but I don't recommend doing so. It's seems to struggle in video mode with focus and contrast, and it uses up lots of memory.
Don't know about the docking port, as I don't have one.
Also don't know about support because I've never needed it.

Only problem is it sucks standard alkaline batteries dry seemingly instantaneously, as every digital camera I have ever owned has done. Suggest buying good rechargeable batteries and charger.

All in all, an excellent buy (bought both of mine factory refurbished for well under $100.00 and they came complete with pc connection cable and an 8 or 16 MB memory stick, which I upgraded to 128 MB).
