Pros:
Great bass. Great sound. Good noise-blocking/cancelling.
Cons:
The noise-cancelling is underwhelming when people are talking

They are pricey, if you spend a lot of time with them, they are definitely worth it. The sound is really great and the bass is very deep, though it does have a signature "Bosey" sound to it since it has to employ acoustic tricks to replicate low-frequencies at high volumes. No one around you will hear a think when you listen to them. You will still hear people talking around you, but they do remove ambient pretty well. I would definitely recommend these for the music, not to block out noise though. They are very comfortable and durable and when I broke part of the headband, Bose sent me a new pair. They require AAA, but they burn through them slowly and with rechargables its not the least bit burdensome.
