can;\,t get any pic out of it

i, installed the disk so many times i got a parminate pop up baloon on screen by my task bar that i can.t get rid of lol sez i found new hardware MTP Devise LOL i don,t kno what that means butta i click on get pic & puter sez can,t find camera lol, ;)vern
