color faults and zenith customer support

Had a "blue bar" of color about 2 inches high at bottom of screen. Contacted zenith and waited 7-10 days for them to see if they could find anyone in my area to fix tv. they couldn't. Was told to fax them a copy of my receipt with the serial number, model number etc. on the cover page, they already had the serial number from my previous phone call but none-the-less i supplied it. 7-10 business days they called and told me that they didn't have the fax. So the other day i had to send them another one, with a case file #. Something no one had told me, and they had not told me to place on my cover sheet. Im not impressed with zenith customer support.
