cooling fan doesn't turn on

I love the audio and power. The present problem is the cooling fan doesn't come on causing the overheat circuit to shut down with low or medium volume. Even removing the cover doesn't help much. I can read the side of the fan saying it requires 24VDC but probing around the receiver can't find 24 volts, only 60 volts to run it. Later models have a way to run the fan continuously, but can't find a way to do it with this model.
