doesn't work, bad service

This unit failed 1 month after I bought it. I sent it in for service and they took 6 weeks to finally give me a new unit. I have had it 2 weeks and now it is not working (and will not eject my dvd). Now they are jerking me around to get service on this second unit. I can't go another 6 weeks without a DVD player, so I will just buy another one. Even if it did work, the fast forward is cumbersome, the remote buttons are tiny and illogical and the unit is sooo slow. It seems that every command causes it to pause, to ponder then to respond. It's maddening! It doesn't read the dvds it recorded. Stay away, its horrible.
