Pros:

Lots of megapixels; excellent quality (doesn't look digital at all); great software included; memory cards are affordable; love the rechargable battery

Cons:

Sometimes slow for sport shots (like soccer games), even on sports setting

I did an extensive amount of research before finally buying this camera. It is my first digital, and I absolutely love it. My sisters have other brands, and they have both had problems. Additionally, neither one of them has a rechargable lithium battery. I wouldn't have a digital camera without one, especially with so many megapixels. Use the highest quality when taking pictures...otherwise, why spend money on so many megapixels if you don't actually use them? The quality of photos with this camera is excellent, and the compact design with so many features makes it a perfect camera. I also scrapbook, so I take loads of pictures, and this camera is excellent for that!
