Not Good To Be Stuck With Apple 60GB IPod1137417247

I got an Apple IPod to watch movies on the train between work and home to find that Videos locked it up every time I tried to view a movie or clip. It locked up my computer often. Music sounds great with lots of headroom. The battery Life is not so good. After 1 hour of listening to music, the battery life had used 50% of it's power. And that's not even using video. How could you expect to watch a 2.5 hour movie on it. After 3 days of disapointment at $399 plus tax, when I took it back, I saw that other people were having the same problem, so instead of getting it replaced with another IPod, I got a full refund.
