I love this TV. Everything worked right out of the box except for the TV Guide feature, which was one of the main reasons that I went with this TV along with the DVR. LG Support was useless, first telling me that I had to power off my brand new Plasma TV and leave it plugged in for 72 hours without turning it on. I made it through, turned it on, and the TV Guide Feature still didn't work.
Long story short, the problem isn't with LG or TV Guide. The problem is the provider. In my case, Comcast, didn't want to broadcast the TV Guide signal because it interferes with their ability to force people to rent their HD DVR boxes.
Something must have happened because a few weeks ago, the TV Guide service started working.
I love this TV, but I wish they would have told me that the TV Guide feature doesn't work in all areas.
