I bought this camera for my wife. She wasn't sure she could give up her SLR for a digital camera. Was she surprised. She can take over 600 shots on a 1GB card. She would go through rolls and rolls of film a month with her SLR. Now she can take hundreds of photos, weed through the good ones, delete the bad ones and now print 1/5 of the photos. What a $. The camera is easy to operate, has great resolution with 6 MP and we could not have asked for more. Great battery life and the camera can take about 7 minutes of moving pictures on a 1GB card. Worth every penny.
