Pros:
It actually worked - Great Help Desk!
Cons:
Took 2 calls to get it running

After failing with Linksys I turned to this product which I picked up at Costco - They actually have a help desk for Costco consumers! The setup was somwhat painless - two calls for assistance versus 5 & failure with linksys. The wireless works great from inside & out on the patio - 100' and I am very pleased with speed and the support from the help desk!
