poor software and tech support

I baught this product to connect to protocol g and N computers. The setup was OK until I was asked which Internet program I was using, by the setup program. It thinks there are a hanful in existance and doesn't list any others. So I tried multiple setting with several of the listed providers and none could allow me to connect. Then after calling a call centre (based abroad) I was connected to a very unhelpful tech support guy. His suggestions didn't help either. It costs a lot but can't even connect.
