Pros:
well built laptop, great customer service, fast processor
Cons:
gets a little too hot, not enough native apps, GPU is underclocked

I bought my MacBook Pro as a refurbished unit from Apple. As of such I can't give and accurate rating on the quality of the product. Mine has a few bumps and dings that are associated with a refurbished product. I have to say that this is one good looking laptop. So what if you alienware has dual GPUs and 4 GHz overclocked CPUs. It also only has a 1 hour battery life and weighs 20lbs. The MacBook Pro is thin. It does run a little hot. After a while on my lap it became a little unbearable. The battery is adequate. It lasts anywhere from 3-4 hours. Not too short, but it would nice to have longer battery life. Programs (like Photoshop) that aren't native run about as fast as my old dual 867G4. So they're not terrible, but definitely not snappy either. All in all this is a great laptop that I would recommend to anyone.
